Overview

Dealing with ones own identity is the main theme of the experimental short movie “Left Brain”. The central character discovers a facet of his personality that he hasn’t known yet. Characterized as a dreamy person, he meets a strict, rational part of himself. He feels torn because of the inner conflict, he fights to unite all sites of his ego and to accept them. The movie shows the conflict between the multi-layered human character and the progression of self identification.
“Left Brain” was shown at the Nürnberger Short Movie Festival and at the “Klappe 05, die erste” Festival in the NaTo Leipzig.
